U8-U10 sessions
Session 1.
NOTE: The session below is separated into 4 sections. (1) Warmup (2) Skills (3) Passing (4) Juggling
The videos are shown at demonstration speed. Practice each skill at your own pace for mastery, but your last repetition should be executed at top speed.

SECTION 1: WARMUP
5 Videos
Train each exercise at your own pace for (1) Control (2) Top Speed and finally with your (3) Eyes Up. When ready time yourself at Top Speed for 20 seconds.

SECTION 2: SKILLS
4 Videos
We begin with 2 different skills. Practice each skill as much as possible for good ball-control. You will be asked to also use your weaker (non-dominant) foot.

SECTION 3: PASSING
4 Videos
Start 5 yards away from a wall. Practice making strong and accurate passes that rebound back with consistency. When ready, time yourself with each exercise at top speed for 30 seconds
