U5-U7 sessions
Session 1.
NOTE: The session below is separated into 4 sections. (1) Warmup (2) Skills (3) Shooting (4) Juggling.
The videos are shown at demonstration speed. Practice each skill at your own pace for mastery, but your last repetition should be executed at top speed.

SECTION 1: WARMUP

Practice each video until you feel comfortable with your control. Then time yourself at top speed for 20 seconds.

SECTION 2: SKILLS
4 Videos
We begin with 2 different skills. Practice each skill as much as possible for good ball-control. You will be asked to also use your weaker (non-dominant) foot.

SECTION 3: PASSING

Start 5 yards away from a wall. Practice making strong and accurate passes that rebound back with consistency. When ready, time yourself with each exercise at top speed for 30 seconds
