Session 1
NOTE: The session below is separated into 4 sections. (1) Warmup (2) Skills (3) Shooting (4) Juggling.
The videos are shown at demonstration speed. Practice each skill at your own pace for mastery, but your last repetition should be executed at top speed.

SECTION 1: WARMUP (Rolls)
6 Videos
The videos below are warmup and more stationary exercises. Train each for mastery with the goal to execute with footspeed.
REST for at least 20 Seconds between Exercises

SECTION 2: SKILLS
5 Videos
Recommendation: Train each of these skills at your own pace until you can execute with mastery and footspeed. When ready, time yourself at top speed with each skill for 20 seconds.
REST for at least 20 Seconds between Exercises

SECTION 3: 12yd WALLBALL SHOOTING

(If you have a wall available) Practice at your own pace for Execution. Your last set should be timed for 1 Minute at Top Speed
REST for at least 60 Seconds between Exercises
